With the challenging housing market finding a home we loved was no easy task. But thanks to Jeff and Long Realty he was able to show us the right home before it went on the market. We live in CA and from day one, he supported our needs and requests. Getting the keys to the home, arranging to meet my sister there to see the house. He moved garbage from an out building to the curb for trash pickup because we weren't there and made sure all of the inspections were taken care of. Jeff and I had started looking for homes before the pandemic was in full swing. Jeff had definitely adapted to all of the changes and was made sure that I was comfortable with every part of the process along the way. This was my first home and Jeff definitely made it a lot easier for me! Jeff was available at any time (day or night) to answer any of my questions. Jeff had to not only find a home based on my needs/wants but also my boyfriend’s which was very different in some aspects. We had definitely seen homes of all shapes and sizes. After we purchased the perfect home (and moved in), we hit an electrical snag and Jeff was there to help and we were able to get it fixed the very next day!
